Classic Spaghetti Bolognaise

Preparation 20 mins
1 tbs of olive oil
500g Lean Beef Mince
1 Onion
4 Cloves of garlic
1 Tbs of Dark Soy sauce
1 Tbs of Worcester sauce
1 carton of passata
2 Tbs Tomato puree
1 Tbs of Mixed herbs
3 Tbs Chopped fresh basil
Grated parmesan
Salt and Pepper to season
Method
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in the olive oil over a medium heat for 2 minutes.
2. Add the mince to the pan and brown seasoning with salt and pepper.
3. Add the Soy sauce and Worcester sauce to the pan.
4. Add the passata and tomato puree.
5. Add the mixed herbs and 2 tbs of finely chopped fresh basil.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Boil a pan of water and add a tsp of salt.
8. Add the spaghetti and cook as per pack instructions
9. Present the spaghetti on a plate and add the bolognaise, garnish with grated parmesan and the remaining chopped basil.
